If you encountered a problem while making a payment, don't worry. Your booking attempt is saved on our system, but successful completion of payment is required before it is released.
All major cards and PayPal are accepted, along with a choice of regional bank transfer options depending on where you're from. These are selected at the very end of the booking process. If the payment is rejected, please double-check that the credit card information you have entered is correct. The address provided must be the same as the registered address of the credit card.
If a problem persists, please check the following factors:
- Ensure there are sufficient funds in your account.
- Banks and Card Issuers may block transactions if you are currently located elsewhere than your resident country. If so, you need to contact them to ensure this restriction is lifted.
- Try using a different card or payment method if these are available to you.
- We apologise for any inconvenience, but online payments have strict anti-fraud regulations that can sometimes be frustrating. These are outside of our control.
