Amsterdam to Newcastle Ferry Tickets
On board
Cruise-style ferries on this route have restaurants, bars, shops and live entertainment. Wi-Fi is sold on board as packages. Facilities vary by operator and vessel, so check what your ship offers.
Cabins
A cabin is required, so you choose one when you book. Standard cabins are inside and en suite. You can upgrade to a sea view cabin, a double bed cabin, an economy bunk cabin for several people or a premium cabin. A cabin means a private place to sleep, a shower and a proper rest before you land.
Arrival, time and documents
On arrival, all passengers leave the ship, and the vehicle deck opens shortly before mooring. Announcements tell you when to go. Breakfast is served until the ship docks.
Newcastle is 1 hour behind Amsterdam, so put your clock back by 1 hour when you arrive. You enter the UK on this route, so every passenger needs a valid passport, and most visitors who are not British or Irish citizens also need a UK Electronic Travel Authorisation. Have your papers ready, as there may be a wait at border control.
